FAQ
Q: What can I expect on my first visit?
A: All patients can expect to have a full orthopedic evaluation on their first visit. This will include a detailed review of your complaint and medical history, review of any medical tests, a spinal scan, orthopedic tests and screening evaluations as needed. If further testing (xrays, MRI, etc.) is deemed necessary, a prescription will be made at that time. Rest assured that if your condition can not be handled here in our office, the appripriate referral will be made. Unlike many chiropractic offices, the majority of our new patients can expect to be treated on their first visit. Expect about an 45 min to one hour of one-on-one contact with the doctor on your first visit.
Q: Should I bring anything to my first visit?
A:Try to gather any testing that has been done for the condition that you are seeking treatment. This could be blood work, xrays, MRIs, NCVs, etc. Also bring your insurance card and a photo ID. A copy of your ID is kept in your chart to identify you and to prevent insurance fraud.
