Adjustments Chiropractic and Wellness by Dr. Aivalotis offers a variety of services that blends the best of the most advanced technology with traditional hand-on methods. Treatments are customized to the patient's individual needs and requests.

Pro-Adjuster Computer-Assisted Chiropractic Treatment and Analysis

Dr. Aivalotis is a certified expert in the use of this high-tech, computerized, analysis and treatment system. The Pro-Adjuster delivers a small percussion to test then treat the spine with precise, low force oscillations that improve joint function thus relieving pain. Dr. Don has taught this technique at Palmer College of Chiropractic and has trained doctors from around the world in the use of this technology. Traditional "Hands-on" Chiropractic Methods

Some time you just need things moved the way its always been done. Dr. Aivalotis not only specializes in low force, computerized methods of treatment, he also has studies extensively the art of adjusting by hand. During his training at Palmer College of Chiropractic (www.palmer.edu), Dr. Don became proficient in the following techniques: Palmer Package, Diversified, Gonstead, Lumbar-Flexion Distraction, CBP, Thompson, Myofascial Relase (Nimmo). Dr. Aivalotis was also a member of the prestigious Troxell Intern Program where he learned from some of the best "Adjusters" in the world and to then teach those techniques to other students. "No one adjusts like a Palmer graduate."

Therapeutic Services

In addition to chiropractic services, Dr. Aivalotis is Board Certified in Adjunctive Procedures, allowing him to utilize many of the same physical therapy modalities commonly used by physical therapists and Doctors of Physical Medicine. These procedures can enhance your adjustments providing for a better resolution of your condition.

Physiotherapy and Exercise

We currently offer one-on-one therapy as part of our routine chiropractic services. Services inclued: Electric Muscle Stimulation and Electro-therapy, Therapeutic Stretching, Intersegmental Traction, Neuromuscular Rehabilitation, Customized Therapeutic Exercises, Cervical Traction, Lumbar Traction via Lumbar Flexion Distraction, Hot/Cold Therapy. We also have relationships with several DME providers, allowing us to provide our patient with necessary, take-home supports, including: TENS, Portable Ultrasound, Neck Traction, Braces and Supports, and Natural Analgesics such as Biofreeze and AccuIce.

Massage Therapy

Custom Molded Orthotics

Most people understand the value of inserts for foot comfort, but few realize the impact of ones foot biomechanic and how that effects your body. Custom Molded Orthotics stabilize the back and can provide for longer lasting relief of foot pain, knee pain and back pain. These orthotics are custom casted and are transferable from shoe to shoe. Custom casted orthotics are covered by many insurance plans with a qualifying diagnosis from a trained professional. Currently we use the following companies to design our orthotics. Nutrition Based Services

Dr. Aivalotis has been interested in Natural Medicine since starting in practice in 2001. He is currently working toward a degree as a Naturopathic Medical Doctor (NMD) and provides specialized nutritional counseling ans well as basic nutritional recommendations to many of his chiropractic patients.

Science Based Nutrition

Don't guess. Test. Science Based Nutrition is a program that uses specific blood analysis, tissue mineral analysis, urine analysis, etc to test for specific nutritional deficiencies and trends towards disease. This information is used to develop a personalized nutrition plan to correct these deficiencies. Supplements, Vitamins and Homeopathic Nutrition

We offer a variety of high quality nutritional supplements in our office. Some comapnies we use trust are Metagenics (www.metagenics.com) Douglas Laboratories (www.douglaslabs.com) and Drucker Labs (www.druckerlabs.com). Supplements that are not "on-hand" can be special ordered. Orders must be placed by noon on Thursday of each week.
