Today Show anchors, Craig Melvin, Savannah Guthrie, and Hoda Kotb, hosted a segment, Daily multivitamins may help with memory loss, new study shows, discussing new research published in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. The study shows that daily multivitamin use can reduce cognitive decline and improve memory in older Americans. The study was the largest of its kind and revealed additional benefits from daily multivitamin use.

- Cognitive decline decreased significantly in older participants
- Memory improvement was similar to de-aging by 3.1 years
- Participants in the study improved over the entire 3.6 years of the study
- Daily multivitamin users also showed a possible 38% lower risk of lung cancer when compared to peers.
