Do you adjust patients on the first visit?
In most cases, YES! Occasionally, the is a reason to postpone an adjustment due to the suspicion of something more severe, and adjusting would be contraindicated until further testing was performed.
BUT, with our Pro-Adjuster technology and Impulse IQ technology, almost everyone can get a safe, comfortable adjustment starting on day one.
Do you take X-rays in the office?
No. We will refer you to one of our trusted facilities for any imaging that you may need.
Technology advances regularly and continues to produce clearer and safer images. The cost burden is too great to do in-house X-rays in today’s environment.
We use a facility that gives us immediate access to your images. Check out our Trusted Referrals page for more information about what facilities we suggest.
Many of these facilities do accept your insurance. Check with them when scheduling to find out more.
Do you accept insurance?
No. In short, it’s because we can not treat patients the way we want and continue to “comply” with their rules.
Insurance companies use “medical necessity” guidelines to limit how and when you can use your plan’s visits. The truth is, that rules have been put into place that have become significant barriers to you using the visits your insurance claims to cover.
Maintenance care, supportive care, palliative care, and treatment for chronic, recurring conditions are not covered by insurance of any type.
Additionally, insurance companies have added several layers of administrative barriers as well. Pre-authorizations, required treatment plans, frequent re-exams, and private management companies who oversee your care are just some of the barriers to today’s managed care environment.
Now that we no longer have the restrictions and barriers, we can focus on giving you the care you need, not the care “they” want us to provide. Check out our Pricing page for more details about our

How much does an appointment cost?
Please refer to the Pricing section of our website. There you can review a detailed list of our
Simple, Affordable, and Transparent Pricing.
What forms of payment does your office accept?
We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Debit, and HSA cards.
Do you take walk-in patients?
No. Appointments are typically booked consistently throughout the day. Walkins disrupt the normal flow of patients and make scheduling very difficult.
We try hard to make sure that wait times are minimal therefore, scheduling appointments appropriately is critical.
Same-day appointments may be available due to cancellations or gaps in the schedule throughout the day.
Do you treat patients over 65?
Yes. However, getting older comes with special considerations when performing adjustments. Adjustments are solely performed using light-force, instruments vs. traditional manual adjustments. This is for the safety of you, the patient, as manual adjusting is more forceful and can run the risk of aggrivating other conditions that are common.
Also, patients who are of Medicare age, will receive wellness care only. Our goal is to treat the whole body to alleviate any discomfort you may have without the use of drugs or surgery. We will not diagnose your condition and are not treating back pain. We are helping increase the mobility of your spine, which often times results in a reduction in pain.
Medicare deems this as a non-medically necessary service and will no get billed to CMS.
Do you treat babies?
Absolutely! But this treatment looks way different than your typical adjustment. Only the lightest and gentlest of techniques are used to massage spinal joints.
Do you fill out disability or FMLA forms?
No. We are sorry but these forms are very time-consuming and we don’t have the resources to do so. Requests have been overwhelming for disability, AFLAC, FMLA, Short-term disability, Disability Placards, etc.
We will provide excuses for missed work and for missed school. We will also provide you with a copy of your paid expenses at the end of the year for you to pick up.
However, if you must have a form completed, it will be treated as a visit and will cost $65 for the form to be completed, provided it takes 15 minutes or less to complete. Our office will not mail these forms.
Do you accept Auto or Worker’s Comp cases?
We will accept you as a patient if you have been injured at work or if you have been involved in a motor vehicle accident. However, our clinic is no longer an insurance-based practice. What that means is that not only do we no longer have the capability to send insurance claims but also that we do not manage insurance cases.
As a purely holistic provider, we are concerned with your overall health. You will be screened for conditions that may prevent us from treating you, however, we will not render a “medical” diagnosis for your insurance carrier. This shift in focus allows us to better help you recover from your injuries as a whole person and doesn’t keep us focused solely on the diagnosed injury.
If you wish to get reimbursed by your carrier directly, simply ask for your visit note for the days you are seeking reimbursement. We will provide those for you and you can contact your insurance company directly.
What if I am late for my appointment?
If you are a few minutes late, we can work with you. However, our day runs on 15 min. time slots.
If you are going to be more than a few minutes late, you will have to wait until the next available appointment time or may even have to reschedule.
We ask that you show up 10-15 min. prior to your appointment time. If everyone comes on time, the doctor will be on time as well.
Will you send records to my medical doctor?
In order to reduce time spent with back-and-forth correspondence, we have adopted a policy that has the highest level of protection when handling your sensitive medical documents. We will only release records directly to you, the patient.
By providing you with your own documents, you are free to manage them as you see fit. We will never release records to your employer, opposing attornies, or unauthorized family members. The only exception is by a direct judicial order.
Simply ask for your treatment note for that day, and you can pick it up once completed by the doctor. Archived records may take longer as we have transitioned our records away from other, older systems.
