Professional-Grade, Premium Orthotics For Comfort And Pain Relief
If you are looking for a premium shoe insert that is both comfortable and affordable, Superfeet Insoles are the ultimate choice.
Over-the-counter inserts tend to have inadequate support under the main arch, causing the insole to wear prematurely.
Superfeet are built with a ribbed, plastic arch that will withstand the wear from athletes and weekend warriors alike.
The gradual arch and absent metatarsal pad make the orthotics comfortable with little to no break-in period.
What Conditions Can Insoles Help With?
Insoles can be used as a general preventative measure or to help alleviate the symptoms of many foot conditions.
Here is a list of some of the things that insoles are helpful for…
- Back pain
- Arthritis
- Flat feet (pes planus)
- Hammer toes
- Heel spurs
- Bunions
- Plantar fasciitis
- High arches
Which Superfeet for Flat Feet?
There are many insoles to choose from and are specialized for your activity and shoe style needs.
If you are not sure what to buy, choose from Blue, Green, or Berry. While these look like color descriptions, they are the actual name of the insole itself.
- Superfeet Blue – Start Here! Great for all-purpose use and if you are suffering from plantar fasciitis.
- Superfeet Green – General Insole for people with high arches.
- Superfeet Berry – Great for women’s athletic footwear. It’s a little more narrow than the other choices.
- Superfeet Orange – Great for high-impact activities.
If you want to know how to fit Superfeet or if still are unsure which Superfeet is right for me, Superfeet has a really helpful tool to find the right insole for your particular needs.

How Long Do Superfeet Insoles Last?
How long any insert or orthotic last depends on how often it’s used or how intense the activity.
While the manufacturer’s website reports a lifespan of 12 months for Superfeet insoles, users report up to 3-5 years of moderate use before needing to replace them.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, Superfeet offers a 60-day guarantee.
Where To Buy Superfeet Insoles
Superfeet Insoles can be purchased at box stores like Dick’s Sporting Goods and Pro Bike Run but tend to be marked up and are rarely on sale.

Superfeet Insole Review By Dr. Don Aivalotis
I personally love these inserts and own several pairs myself. For over 22 years I have cast custom-molded orthotics in my office.
When a full custom insert isn’t necessary or a budget-friendly option is appreciated, Superfeet is my go-to insert for balance, stability, and foot discomfort.
In my opinion, brands like Dr. Scholl’s and Powerstep have too weak of an arch and wear out way too quickly for the steep cost.
Semi-custom brands like Personally-Fit Arch Support Inserts by The Good Feet Store are hard by design and uncomfortable due to a prominent metatarsal elevation. Another downfall is the 3/4 length design slips out of position in the shoe easily. I feel these are extremely overpriced.
Superfeet are cushioned just enough, have flexible support that maintains their shape, and have a gradual arch that is comfortable for almost everyone.
If you need true custom orthotics, I would recommend a good chiropractor who does custom fitting. Accuthotix is the brand I use in my office. I’m not fond of Foot Levelers due to their design.
Custom orthotics made by podiatrists tend to be much harder than the more active versions and are difficult to wear. Ultimately, finding an insert that corrects but is comfortable is what is needed to ensure that a patient wears the inserts regularly enough to make a difference.
